Mango Pineapple Dip & Ace Curries Stir-fry Spice Mix


  • In a deep pan take 2 cups plain yogurt & 50 g Tandoori spice and mix well. Add in salt to taste . Take chicken ( 2.5 lb) ( I prefer chicken legs or drumsticks) and remove skin. Add to the spice marinade and cover and hold in fridge at least 45 min or better overnight. Cook in the oven on a baking tray lined with parchment or if you are able to then on your BBQ just like you would with your regular BBQ chicken.
