- Heat oil in a pan. Add in Onions & Peppers and brown, add in spice mix and cook on low 1 minute, add in tomato or Tamarind and cook 2 minutes. Add in wine or vinegar and simmer till thickish. Add in shrimp and cook till cooked. Garnish with chillie's or not and serve with Basmati rice & Ace Curry Garlic Yogurt.
