Channa Masala / Chickpea Curry
A Indian Curry that is a staple in most Indian households. eaten as a meal or as a side dish. This is Vegan, Gluten free with a fantastic flavor.
|Channa Masala / Chickpea Curry Spice|
- 1.) Heat oil in a pan ( 3 - 4 tsp), Add in 3 tsp Ace Curries Channa Masala spice mix, cook 30 seconds, add in 1/4 cup water and stir 1 minute till like a paste. Add in 1 can ( 19 oz) washed chickpeas , stir and add in 1/4 cup water and salt to taste. Stir and serve as a side dish.
- 2.) Same recipe as above, just replace water with 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes or 3 fresh diced and simmer till thick before serving. Garnish with cilantro leaves for a enhanced flavor.
