- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot, add in the chicken and brown. Add in the Ace Curry spice mix and cook on medium stirring 5 minutes, add in crushed tomato and simmer till oil surfaces. Add in salt to taste and Cream ( or coconut milk) and simmer till chicken cooked well. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with Naan Bread and Ace Curries Tomato Chutney and some Kachumber salad made with Ace Curry "Chaat Masala".
